‘That’s life’ has a double meaning and happens twice: when we experience and acknowledge pleasures and joy, and when we have to accept a reality that is different from what we planned. Both of them are part of the same coin and there could not be one without the other.
The more we learn to appreciate the truth for what it simply is the more we can find bliss in every simple moment of life.
The circle represents the oriental vision and wisdom.
We tend to see life as linear where we move forward through stages that follow one after the other. But what if life is a circle instead and there is no end and no beginning? Have you ever notice how certain things keep on repeating over and over again?
The concept behind 'That's life' reflects my journey of self-discovery and learning. It took time and courage to embrace my authentic self. I put all my energies into it with the aim to be able to offer to others what helped to improve my wellbeing. Because after all we all have the the common goal to be happy, healthy and in peace.

I offer tools ant techniques to support people with several conditions such as mental stress, backache, insomnia, joint disorders, hormonal issues, burnout, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, migraine, cardiovascular problems, neurological disorders, respiratory issues, recovery from Covid-19, immune system disorders, digestive complaints, diabetes, excess weight, and chronic pain.
Each session is designed exclusively for the participant, practices are adapted and consist of meditation, movement, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation.
How does it work?
1st session: we define your goals, discuss your medical history and current situation.
2nd session: we look at the posture and the way you move and breathe.
After this introduction we define together the number of sessions and monitor the progress.
All the session can be held in English, Italian, French or Spanish.

A Relaxing Oil Massage is a gentle, soothing experience that releases tension, promoting calmness and well-being.
Thaï Yoga Massage is a therapeutic practice that involves joint manipulation, muscle acupressure, and stretching. It is done on a futon on the floor wearing comfortable clothes .
Thaï Foot Reflexology Massage targets reflex points in the feet and lower legs for relaxation, balance, and invigoration.
Both treatments offer profound health benefits and stimulate energy channels.

Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) is a program developed by Dr. David Berceli to address the physiological link between emotional responses and muscles, potentially offering a support to psychotherapy or medications for treating PTSD symptoms.
The program includes seven core exercises that activate a natural reflex mechanism, releasing muscular tension, and calming the nervous system.
The activities promote balance, improved sleep, increased energy, pain relief, emotional resilience, and empowerment.
