Psycho-physical therapy is based on the observation that emotions, trauma and stress are not confined to the mind, but are embedded in the body — in muscle tension, breathing, posture and the nervous system’s responses.

Working with the body allows us to access what words alone sometimes cannot reach.
It is a form of therapy that uses bodily sensations as a gateway to understanding and change.

what happens during a session

The sessions combine listening, observing physical reactions and practical exercises — breathing, movement, visualizations, nervous system regulation.
Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs.
The work can be done independently or in combination with hypnosis sessions.
